Easy process….
RentEase makes it easy to find Section 8 rental properties. Once you provide us with the active Section 8 voucher, we do a quick screening of the tenant, once the Public Housing Authority (PHA) approves it you sign the lease & you’re ready to move in.

Our program provides access to a variety of rental properties (most of them single-family homes). We follow all Public Housing Authority guidelines to provide safe, clean, and affordable housing.

Section 8 is a Federal program that assists low-income families, seniors, & people with disabilities in finding affordable housing & rent payments, making it easier for families to stay in their homes. And we partner with the Public Housing Authority to provide a better living arrangements for a discount price.
